Whit Bouck
Whit Bouck has served as a member of our Board since September 2020. Ms. Bouck has been the Chief Operating Officer of HelloSign from 2016 to the present, including through Dropbox’s 2019 acquisition of HelloSign. Ms. Bouck currently serves on the board of directors of Ekata. Previously, Ms. Bouck served on the board of directors of Association for Information and Image Management. Prior to joining HelloSign, Ms. Bouck held various senior leadership roles at Box, Inc., EMC, Oracle Corporation and Sybase Inc. Ms. Bouck earned a Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College. We believe Ms. Bouck is qualified to serve on our Board due to her extensive technology experience.
