Biography

Jason Wright has served as a member of our Board since November 2018. He joined Apax in March 2000 and is a Partner in the Tech & Telco team. Mr. Wright currently serves on the board of directors of Duck Creek Technologies, EcoOnline, Bonterra, ECi Software Solutions, Verint Systems, and Tivit Terceirização De Processos, Serviços e Tecnologia S.A. He has previously served on the board of directors of numerous public and private companies. Mr. Wright is the Chairman of the Apax Global Impact strategy and is a Trustee of the Apax Foundation. He serves on the Graduate Executive Advisory Board of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is the Chairman Emeritus of the Opportunity Network, an education-focused charity in New York City. Mr. Wright received a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. We believe that Mr. Wright is qualified to serve on our Board due to his extensive technology and finance industry experience.
